Fermín cures its lomo with garlic, paprika other spices and hangs it to cure for 90 days. Pre-sliced and vacuum packed so that you get its full intact aroma and enjoy it at home. Serve at room temperature and leave open from the vacuum pack for at least ten minutes before hand.
