Aluminized Insulation Sheathing

Thermal Zero protective aluminized heat insulation sheathing can be used for a large variety of purposes.  Fuel lines, electrical wiring, oil lines and spark plug cables are just a few common uses. Our aluminized sheathing is made in 36-inch and 10 foot lengths and comes in a variety of inside diameters. 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1.25″, 1.5″, 1.75″, 2″, 2.5″, 3″ The sheathing is made from vermiculite coated fiberglass mat with a bonded aluminum layer to reflect radiant heat.  It is very flexible and can easily be cut down to the correct size.  The sheath can handle radiant temperatures of up to 1000° Fahrenheit making it very versatile. **Properly measure the diameter of what you are covering before ordering. **
