Fine Silver Skull – Third Size

Third size Silver Skull cast in 999 fine silver. Totally hand-made in wax and lost-wax cast. Each skull is unique, scaled down from a real human skull with exceptional anatomical accuracy and detail. As with our full sized skulls, we have made a small pair of sculpted sockets to lock the mandible (lower jaw) to the skull – the sockets are inconspicuous and allow the jaw to be fixed to the skull yet still articulate. After casting the skull has been carefully finished by hand before being darkened, painstakingly polished and then Hallmarked.  We have made very few of these one third sized skulls in fine silver. Incredibly accurate anatomical detail. Fixed articulating jaw. Supplied with a felt based plinth turned from 2000 year old roman oak. When not available from stock please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. 2 3/4″ tall x 3″ deep x 2 1/4″  wide. Each skull is hand made and weights will vary. They are typically 18 to 20 oz – this skull weighs around 1 lb 3 oz (approx 540 grams). Prices may change depending on the spot price of silver.
