Full size Bronze Skull in an Ancient Bronze finish. Totally hand-made in wax and lost-wax cast into bronze. Each skull is unique, working from a real human skull to preserve exceptional anatomical accuracy and detail. The one change we have made is a small pair of sculpted sockets to lock the mandible (lower jaw) to the skull – the sockets are inconspicuous and allow the jaw to be fixed to the skull yet still articulate. After casting the skull is carefully finished by hand before being painstakingly polished/patinated accordingly. Incredibly accurate anatomical detail. Fixed articulating jaw. When not available from stock please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. 6 1/2″ tall x 8″ deep x 5 1/2″ wide. Each skull is hand made and weights will vary. They are usually between 10 & 14lbs.
