Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution (EVO) 7, 8 & 9 (2001 – 2006) Turbo Blanket

Perfectly encapsulates the heat created by the turbo in order to reduce turbo lag, cool intake air temperatures, reduce overall under hood heat and protect important under hood components. Made from high density USA Made needle bonded ceramic mat with stainless steel knitted wire mesh as a direct contact with the turbine housing and a two part aluminum fused woven pulverized lava rock outer layer jacketing.  Stainless steel capstan style rivet fasteners make installation easy and the overall blanket construction extremely durable.  This blanket is capable of handling continuous exposure to  temperatures over 2500°F direct contact heat. The combination of materials which are included in the construction of this blanket will reduce direct heat given off by the turbo by up to 80%.
