INSTRUCTIONS: Sand original finish with medium grit sandpaper Clean all area with wax and grease remover Surface should be clean and dry before applying product Spray two or three medium coats of 4200, allowing each coat to flash to a dull appearance before applying the next coat. For best results force dry or allow to air dry for one hour before sanding 4200 can be block or machine sanded with P320 or P400, or wet sanded with P400 or P500 grit before applying topcoat GENERAL: Appearance -Gray Liquid Viscosity -Full Bodied Shelf Life -One Year (unopened) VOC -3.74 lb/gal (448 g/L) Pot Life -30 – 60 Minutes @ 75˚ F Product size – Primer – 4200 -One gallon or quart cans  – Activator – 422 – Cone top quart or half pint cans PRODUCT MIXING: Thoroughly mix four parts 4200 with one part of 422 activator May be reduced 4:1:1 with urethane reducer if a lower viscosity is desired SUBSTRATES:  Coat large bare metal, steel & aluminum areas with proper self-etching sealer  Recommended substrate temperatures: 50˚ F – 100˚ F.
