A Licensed Educational Psychologist, she is the primary author of LVEP’s award winning Living Values series of books. Involved with the international values education initiative since its inception in August of 1996, Diane currently continues to write and educate. During the last five years, she has conducted LVEP Educator Seminars for educators, UNESCO, and Ministries of Education in more than twenty countries in all regions of the world. In Cambodia, the Lebanon and Thailand, she has worked with refugees and other adults to implement Living Values activities for children affected by war. Prior to becoming involved with LVEP, Diane worked for 23 years with a public school district in Southern California. During that time, she was a Guidance Psychologist, Special Education Psychologist, Program Specialist, and Coordinator of a Child Service Demonstration Center. Diane received a BS in Psychology at UCLA and a MS in Counseling and Guidance at CSULA. She holds a Pupil Personnel Services Credential with a specialization in school psychology, and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
