FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We offer free USA & Canada express delivery when you spend over $499.
It will take 2–5 business days to reach you.
For other international destinations, shipping will be calculated at checkout.
If your order's items are stocked (check the status on the product page), we aim at shipping your order within the next working day.

U.S: On orders of $189 or more, all import duties are covered - your order arrives with nothing extra to pay. On orders under $189, import duties are charged before delivery, typically around 30 - 40% of the order value.
Canada: Good news, Canada: under the EU–Canada agreement, airsoftcommunity orders sent by national post land duty-free. You'll benefit from reliable deliveries, no import fees.
Europe: you will not be subject to import fees as your order will ship from Belgium, Europe.
Rest of the world: please refer to your previous experiences shopping online, knowing that your order will ship from Europe.
United Kingdom: Since Brexit, import fees are to expect unfortunately.
If your purchase isn't quite right you have 15 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return for a full refund.
Please note that customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through airsoftcommunity. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Items must be returned to us unused with all labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.
All designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
If you wish to exchange your bag for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new bag separately.
Please note that our customers are responsible for shipping costs.
You will be provided with a return address within the USA if you are in North America, and in Belgium for the rest of of the world.

We will undertake any necessary repairs resulting from manufacturing faults on zips, stitching, clasps, linings etc. free of charge for the first 2 years following your purchase.
Please note, we cannot be responsible for tears, abrasions or natural wear; however, we can still repair and maintain your bag for a reasonable fee beyond the 2 years guarantee.

We can't do: make design changes or modify your bag before it's sent out.
We can do: create a special series for your company with your logo stamped onto the leather, offer monograms or discuss a new design that is currently missing from our collections.

Most of our designs are available, or can be crafted in different colours. If you can't find the design you want in the desired colour, drop us a line and we might be able to provide you with your dream bag.
Please note that some of our leather, particularly our vegetable-tanned brown leather, has natural colour variations.
Not two hides are identical. So you may notice some colour variation even among products that are the same colour. The leather may look slightly different in different light, etc. This is because our leather is rich in character and the surface is natural, not sanded or altered.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal website to log into your account and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the airsoftcommunity store.

You will notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.
