375 ml. GF. vegan Capirete Solera 8 PDO Sherry Vinegar is made from Palomino grapes typical of the Sherry Region of Andalusia and elaborated using the traditional Criadera and Solera system. It has a wonderful amber colour, a delicate , fine bouquet and an excellent delicious taste. This vinegar is perfect for salad dressings, for deglazing roasts, adding depth of sauces and gravies, and dressing roast meat and fish.
