Our most popular oven, the 80cm Commercial Onion Wood Fired Oven, is affectionately known as the “party oven.” It can easily hold two full-size gastronomes and cook a 12 kg suckling pig overnight with ease. Regularly cooking over 70 pizzas per hour, this oven offers much more than just pizza capabilities. The onion vertical exit is a true showstopper, concealing the first stage of the oven in the refractory, making it perfect for flat roof kitchens. The regular oven mouth performs brilliantly in all outdoor installations or when set at a 45-degree angle in a corner, with its narrow tunnel opening minimising the effect of wind direction on performance. The Bushman Wood Fired Oven features enhanced insulation for consistent heat retention, ensuring perfectly cooked pizzas even during the busiest shifts. The oven’s commercial-grade refractory surface withstands extreme temperatures up to 1600°C, reflecting more light to make monitoring progress easier. Additionally, our upgraded flue with a larger diameter improves airflow, reduces smoke and heat loss, and ensures safe and efficient cooking performance.
