1000W Folding Electric Bike, 48V 20AH Large Removable Battery E Bike, 30 MPH, 80 Miles Max Range, 20″ Fat Tire Electric Bike for Adults, Adult Electric Bicycles for Commute Beach Snow

Howdy folksI am a 230 lb 6ft man 67 years old with limited mobility. (Can’t walk very far with balance issues). Have ridden hundreds of miles on a 12 speed street bike. This is my first ebike. I’ve got about 150 miles on this bike and must report it’s pretty impressive. The first 50 miles or so I rode with the brakes rubbing but didn’t notice until I tried without the electric assist. So adjust those calipers or check them. This bike has taken my heavy butt to 32 mph on the flat in high gear and level 5 peddle assist. I made a half mile circle in the mowed pasture which takes me down to 2nd gear on the chain wheel going up hill but mostly in high gear and any peddle assist. I mostly peddle all the time, but it’s mostly ghost peddling just to keep the assist going. Level 1 is just faster than a brisk walk, level 2 picks the pace up quite a bit, 3,4,5 are all nearer the top end 20-30mph. I have only been on a few 13-15 mile runs on back roads(paved) of Texas and more 7-10 mile runs but it’s comfortable and handles well. This bike has a good headlight, taillight, and brake light. The seat post and handlebar post extend plenty. The bike folds and so do the handlebars. The brakes work fine and when adjusted properly the bike rolls fine and the motor is quiet. The tires get a little noisy at high speed but not bad. Have not put the 20ah battery to its limit but on 15 miles peddling in level 5 mostly it’s at the half mark so I question 70 mile claims. Maybe level 1 or 2 would get more but they be slower miles. Will see. 85 lb or so but all in all seems like a tough little bike. The display shows total miles, trip miles that reset whenever the power is off. Also volts are displayed and how long the display is on which could be trip time if you don’t stop. Comes almost assembled except front wheel, seat post, handlebar post, front fender with headlight, tail light and peddles. I continue to read about ebikes and this little gem has a lot of features of bikes twice or three times the price. The only thing I see consistently is hydraulic brakes but this seems fine with non- hydraulic or manual brakes so far. I bought this as a black Friday deal for $625 and has not disappointed so far. It has sparked my interest enough that my sights may already looking at what’s next….dual motor, bigger battery?!?!???!!!!! But for a first timer you can’t go wrong with this bike!I bought this bike to move with the foot traffic making their way closer to view Space X launches on South Padre Island, the end of the road!Get out there and explore!Oh, two things. Get a rear view mirror and I wish it had a couple more gears on the chain.Update.,… Have just rode 20.6 miles in pas4 on mostly flat asphalt and that was it for the battery. No complaints on the bike, just wish it had more capacity in the battery, oh and that was peddling the whole time. That’s just over an hour on the bike. Other than that this is a great bike for the money. This is late Feb 2025 and that’s 3 months and 225 miles. So consider a spare battery and you are set still out the door for around a thousand. Get out there while you can. [...]
