I was running into a problem with my gas-powered 2009 Club Car Precedent where it would start trying to crank immediately, but be extremely slow to actually turn-over. Once it was running, the entire thing worked great and would run forever but it just struggled getting over that hump. I finally realized that a new voltage rectifier was a relatively simple fix for very little money so… why not give it a shot? I’m glad I did. Replacing this part took approximately 120 seconds and it allowed my cart to immediately fire right up.If you’re having cold cranking issues, just spend the small amount to replace this part and you might be shocked how many issues it resolves.
